AIVideo AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please submit a notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail to allow us to locate the material (e.g., URL or screenshot).

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance
In compliance with the EU Digital Services Act, we provide a transparent mechanism for reporting illegal content. EU residents may report content they believe to be illegal under the laws of any EU Member State using the contact information provided above. We will review and respond to all such reports in a timely and non-discriminatory manner.
Response Time
We aim to process all valid DMCA and DSA reports within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
