2. User Responsibilities

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for all content you upload and generate through the Service.
• You have obtained all necessary rights and consents for any images you upload.
• You will not use generated content to harm, harass, or deceive any person.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the content you create and distribute.

3. Age Verification and Protection

Our platform employs automated AI-based age detection technology to identify and reject images that may depict individuals under the age of 18. While no automated system is perfect, we are committed to continuously improving our detection capabilities. Any attempt to circumvent these protections is a violation of this policy and applicable law.

4. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We employ both automated and manual content moderation. Upon detecting a violation:

• The offending content will be immediately removed.
• The associated account will be permanently banned.
• No refund will be issued for any remaining credits or payments.
• We may report the violation to relevant law enforcement agencies, particularly in cases involving minors or other serious criminal activity.
• We may retain evidence of the violation for law enforcement purposes.
